This dual ball work out is an all over body slam using our large work out balls and our smaller bender balls.  The class is low impact and will tone and titan as we use exercises performed on and with the balls.  Build strength and stamina as your body gets used to performing and working on the ball.  Balance and core are a must in this class!   Don’t let that scare you though! You’ll build that up with each class!
