Fuel and Flow

In this short but mighty flow, you’ll have a chance to ground and energize.  The practice is Hatha-inspired where breath and movement are linked, matching effort with ease.  Poses will gradually build to stoke and build your inner fire, awakening the body and mind, allowing you to rise up to meet the day ahead.
